Elegant Christmas Wedding Styling With Personalised Napkins
This elegant Christmas wedding with classic styling and elegant details, is perfect if you’re looking for a luxury vibe on your wedding day. Set at the grand Norwood Park, it was the perfect opportunity to showcase some of the luxury products we have across our brands to enable a truly personalised wedding, including our personalised napkins, personalised velvet ribbon and our lingerie and garter collections. Here we tell you all about it, and how to achieve the look for your big day…
Once the colour palette of white, green, and gold was chosen, everything else fell into place. We specialise in monogrammed napkins – so that was the starting point. We created a traditional wedding monogram of the happy couple’s initials, which was embroidered onto the crisp white linen napkins for the tablescape. We embroidered guest name initials on plush sage green velvet bows; placed on the napkins they are luxurious place setting.
Louise, from Your Fabulous Wedding styled the tables, using garlands from Frenchie Loves Flowers, festive green baubles and twinkling candles. Carolyn, from Gray Starling Designs, incorporated my monogram into her wedding stationery and this worked seamlessly alongside our embroidered napkins. Gayle, from Where the Ribbon Ends, used the monogram on her wedding cake to create a timeless cake which fitted the wedding palette and feel perfectly. The tablescape had a beautiful festive feel without any tinsel in sight!
The bride and groom had ‘getting ready’ shots in the Duke Suite, which is just one of the many stunning bedrooms at Norwood Park. Hannah Blinko and Hannah Finn worked their magic with hair and make-up, and the bride wore silk lingerie and luxury handmade garter by The Nottingham Lace Garter Company.
The bride wore the most breath-taking gown chosen by Angela from Iconic Bride, and handcrafted shoes by Di Hassall. The groom wore a contemporary evening suit from Blidworth Mens Wear.
The staircase at Norwood Park is the focal point of the grand country house entrance, and I wanted this to be an exquisite feature of the shoot. Francesca created a huge festive garland of green foliage and white flowers to decorate the bannister, and as the bride and groom walked down the stairs…. this gave me the festive WOW moment I was looking for!
I was so trilled Sophie May Photo agreed to photograph the shoot, and I knew that her fine art style of photography would be absolutely perfect for my vision. Sophie’s attention to detail is second to none, and I trusted her wholeheartedly to catch all the festive feels of the wedding.
