Hello, I’m Heidi. 👋 I’m the founder of The Embroi Hello, I’m Heidi. 👋 I’m the founder of The Embroidered Napkin Company, and for over 17 years I’ve been creating personalised embroidered details for weddings, celebrations and brands around the world. Everything starts here in our Nottingham studio, where my team and I transform linen napkins, embroidered ribbons, garters & wedding handkerchiefs into keepsakes that become part of life’s biggest moments. Whether it’s 2 napkins for a thoughtful gift, 200 place settings for a destination wedding, a handkerchief for a father walking his daughter down the aisle, or bespoke embroidery for a luxury event, every order is made with the same care and attention to detail. One of the questions we’re asked most often is: “ One of the questions we’re asked most often is: “How much do embroidered napkins cost?” The answer depends on the napkin style and the embroidery design, but to give you an idea: • Personalised cotton napkins start from £17 each for a name or monogram. • Linen hemstitch napkins start from £23 each. • Discounts are available for larger quantities. If you’d like something completely bespoke, such as a wedding crest, venue illustration, logo or custom artwork, there is also a one-off set-up fee. This covers the time spent digitising your design for embroidery, creating test samples, adjusting stitch settings, editing artwork and trialling different thread colours to ensure everything stitches beautifully onto fabric. We’re very transparent about our pricing, and many of our products can be priced and ordered directly through our website.
