Cotton custom napkins can be embroidered with a design created from your own artwork. This can be from your wedding stationery, wedding theme, wedding logo or wedding monogram.
The £45 price on this page, is for the set up fee to convert your artwork into embroidery. You can then choose how many napkins you would like embroidered with your design. We keep your design on file, so you can order more napkins in the future, and not have to pay the set up fee again.
There is no minimum order quantity of napkins. However, if you do wish to order a large quantity of napkins (more than 30), we maybe able to offer you some discount. Please email us to discuss your requirements.

Our cotton custom napkins can be embroidered with a design created from your own artwork. This can be from your wedding stationery, wedding theme, wedding logo or wedding monogram. For corporate events, we can use your own brand logo and convert it into embroidery. We have over 400 embroidery thread colours in stock and we can match as close as possible to Pantone Colours. Your custom linen napkin can be embroidered with up to 10 colours within each design, on our new industrial embroidery machines.
Our cotton hemstitch napkins are approx 45cm square, and the fabric is woven to have a textured look of natural linen. Napkin corners are mitred and each edge has a hemstitch finish. The napkins are available in a range of colours – porcelain, natural and pigeon.
Your embroidery will be positioned on the lower right-hand corner, either diagonally or horizontally.
The £45 price on this page, is for the setup fee to convert your artwork into embroidery. You can then choose how many napkins you would like embroidered with your design. We keep your design on file, so you can order more napkins in the future, and not have to pay the set-up fee again.
