CUSTOM LINEN NAPKINS – Detailed, Intricate or Large Design – POA

The beautiful custom linen napkin example on this page was embroidered for a wedding in 2019. We worked closely with Michelle Kelly from Pocket Full of Dreams to create the perfect napkin for her couple. Michelle worked with her own designer, to create the watercolour monogram. Once the design was finalised, we then created an embroidery design from the original artwork. We do have to simplify detailed designs, and we reduce the palette to ten embroidery colours, but this will not lose the overall finished look of the design. 

We can make a custom embroidery design from your own artwork. This can be from your wedding stationery, wedding theme, wedding logo or wedding monogram. For corporate events, we can use your own brand logo and convert it into embroidery. We have over 400 embroidery thread colours in stock and we can match as close as possible to Pantone Colours. Your custom linen napkin can be embroidered with up to 10 colours within each design, are our new industrial embroidery machines.

We usually position your embroidery in the lower right-hand corner, either diagonally or horizontally. However, if you have another position in mind, that is possible too.

The price suggestion on this page includes a one-off set-up charge to convert your artwork into an embroidery design, including an embroidered sample. We can either send you the sample so you can check it, or we can email you photographs of your design for your approval.
Once the embroidery design has been created, we can make your bulk order of napkins.
There is no minimum order quantity of napkins. We offer discounts for larger orders of napkins. Discounts are automatically applied when you order via the website or you can request a quote for a custom napkin here
