Bespoke Brand Embroidery for Manolo Blahnik’s Maps

We LOVE LOVE LOVE a bespoke brand embroidery commission, especially when it allows us to create something a little different. After previously working with Manolo Blahnik, we were excited to be on board for their next launch, ‘Manolo’s Maps, ‘ a personal guide to the four bustling cities he has called home: London, Paris, Milan and New York, and serves as “an invitation to wander in the designer’s footsteps”.

For this very special launch, complete with an intimate dinner at the Manolo Blahnik townhouse, we were asked to create custom embroidered tote bags and bespoke napkins. Tote bags aren’t one of our usual products, but that’s one of the things we love about bespoke work: stepping outside our norm and creating something beautiful and fitting for a brand in the process.

We embroidered both the logo and launch location to create a finished piece that felt completely at home alongside the Manolo Blahnik aesthetic. Practical, beautiful and completely bespoke, they became a finer detail to hold the luxury products which were gifted to guests.

For the intimate dinner, we created bespoke brand-embroidered napkins. Another opportunity to bring the Manolo Blahnik branding into the finer details. Each napkin was carefully embroidered with his infamous shoe collection; every stitch, colour, and design detail was placed on crisp Irish linen napkins that graced the tables of this prestigious dining experience.
