Black Tie Wedding With Custom Art Napkins at Beau-Rivage Palace
WOW! We knew this wedding was going to be spectacular as soon as we got the brief for these custom art napkins, and we were not left disappointed with the outcome! Luxurious, timeless, and full of dreamy details, this wonderful couple had a clear vision for their wedding day. Set at Beau-Rivage Palace, Switzerland it was nothing short of perfection and the Palace definitely had a regal wedding with its new King and Queen…
With a simple muted colour palette, and accents of opulent gold this simple but oh-so-beautiful styling was perfect for this Hollywood black tie theme and this exquisite regal venue. The whole day was bathed in shades of black and white, from the napkins and plates to the flowers and candlesticks! This continued throughout the dress code with Janis’s modern twist on the traditional black tie tuxedo. Helene wore not one but two elegant and sophisticated dresses. For the ceremony, she chose a timeless bandeau fishtail gown, followed by an equally stunning short wedding dress with a marabou feather trim that brought all the Hollywood glamour to the evening reception.
For the custom art napkins, we worked with inspiration from both the wedding theme and venue. Helene gave us both images of her wedding stationery and the ballroom of her venue. We then used these to create an embroidery design for her napkins. She chose ivory hemstitch napkins, with 3 shades of ivory & nude threads this ensured that the muted colour palette was kept throughout but also ensured that the details of the beautiful stationery design were also highlighted perfectly. To finish off this stunning combo we added ivory frayed cotton bows embroidered with guest names in Hand Calligraphy font. It was the perfect finishing touch to these elegant and regal custom art napkins.
